Paul Jones
Managing Partner
Paul has a passion for the industry that began with his bachelor's degree in Marketing and Industrial Distribution from UAB in 2008. He became a partner at Caliber by 2011 and took control of the company in 2016. Multiple vendor partners have expressed that Paul has been their #1 Sales performer in the US in both growth and volume. Caliber has maintained consistent double-digit growth trends throughout his leadership tenure.

Samuel Walton
Partner
Sam brings over 15 years of sales and customer service experience with a background in the construction industry. In his 7 year tenure with Caliber, he has reversed poor sales trends with multiple vendors. Sam has grown his customer base exponentially since joining Caliber. He has a proven ability to get results with a distribution ranging from small single locations to navigating large corporate accounts in his region. We believe Sam to be the most trusted rep in his region among his customer base.

Wes joins our organization after spending 5 years covering GA for a major tool brand, maintaining a 15% growth each year. Wes has called on concrete houses, industrial suppliers, and STAFDA distributors. He lives in the northwest suburbs of Atlanta and covers GA, SC, and NC.

Justin is an experienced sales professional with 10+ years of extensive experience in Industrial Distribution. Justin comes to Caliber after spending the last 3 years as a manufacturer's representative in Louisiana. Justin also spent time with Fastenal where he held a number of unique positions and managed high profile accounts like BP & Conoco Phillips on the north slope of Alaska. As a born and raised LA native living in New Orleans, Justin has the connections and personality in Louisiana to build lasting relationships.
